Riverside House, Manchester

Linthwaite House Hotel, Cumbria
Built in 1901, the original property was a 5 bedroom house set within 7 acres of land overlooking Lake Windermere. The project involved the renovation of 30 bedrooms, extension of the bar and conservatory and construction of 6 new Woodland Suites.
Hagley Road, Birmingham
Exciting redevelopment of vacant offices into student accommodation with retail units at ground floor level. Two new storeys were added to the existing four-storey reinforced concrete frame structure.
Storey’s Field Centre, Cambridge
The proposed structural solution was a departure from traditional steel and concrete structures and the unique structural form comprises a large single-storey hall, formed from a series of timber glulam portals and a roof attenuation zone comprising timber trusses and structural plywood roof.
Bromsgrove House, Birmingham
A 140-bed student accommodation scheme built on Bromsgrove Street in the Southside area of Birmingham, which also comprises a commercial unit at the ground floor.
Victoria House, Runcorn
A challenging refurbishment project involving the construction of 22 apartments, including duplex and loft style units. In addition, eight new-build houses with a new access road, dedicated car parking and external works were also constructed.
